BT100 Brice – Manual Hand Operated Hamburger Press

The BT series hamburger patty machine is a must for the modern butchery to get quick packaging of hamburgers, already wrapped in cellophane. The simple manual operation is the BT’s best feature – it only requires pressure on the lever to compress the meat and, as the lever returns, it automatically opens the press and removes the hamburger. Manufactured in stainless steel and anodised aluminium to resist the corrosive effects of salts and acids. Patty diameter: 100mm or 130mm.
